Depression: No One-Size-Fits-All Solution

The general view of depression tends to be composed of a limited set of symptoms, such as sadness and lack of motivation, with one main answer: medication. However, studies have shown that depression is experienced in unique and widely differing ways from individual to individual. This means that cases of depression should be evaluated thoroughly and unique treatment plans should be developed for each person to truly make healing progress.
