Relationships and connection are the cornerstones of life. The impact these relationships have lasts a lifetime. My clinical practice is both emotionally focused and relationship centered. My work aims to use evidenced based practices to bring people together and build attachment in families and relationships. I honor the emotional experience of each individual, and look at the patterns that many people often get stuck in when trying to navigate the ups and downs of relationships, and family life.
I’m in the final phase of completing a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. My undergraduate degree was in psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent development with a minor in addictions. I have been providing clinical therapy since 2016 with an emphasis on Child, Family, & Couples Therapy. Prior experience includes 4 years of working with adults, children, and youth in a mental health setting; including intensive treatment in inpatient facilities. I am a certified Parent Educator, and have experience teaching group classes as well as one-on-one parenting sessions.
