Apple Health (Medicaid)

We accept Apple Health. If your Apple Health plan is through one of the carriers above, we accept it. Apple Health also covers our therapeutic support services.

Not sure what your plan covers?

Reach out and we'll verify your coverage for you. You don't need to call your insurance company first.

Have more than one insurance plan?

Please tell us about every plan you have, including ones you don't plan to use, such as coverage through a spouse's or parent's employer.

When you have two plans, one is your primary insurance and pays first; the other is secondary and may pay part of what's left. Your insurers decide that order, not you or us. If we bill the wrong plan first, or don't know a plan exists, claims can be denied or delayed and you may end up with a bill you didn't expect.

If you have Apple Health and another plan, the other plan is billed first. Apple Health pays last.

Keep your coverage active

Sessions are only covered while your plan is active. Let us know right away if your insurance changes or ends, for example when you start a new job, lose a job, or turn 26 on a parent's plan.

Apple Health has to be renewed to stay active. Federal changes to Apple Health are expected to start in 2027 and may affect how often some adults renew and what it takes to keep coverage. The details are still being worked out, so check the Health Care Authority's page on upcoming Apple Health changes for the latest. In the meantime, keep your contact information up to date, watch for renewal notices, and respond by the due date so your coverage doesn't lapse.

This is general information and may change. Your insurance plan or the Health Care Authority has the final word on your coverage.

Self-pay and out-of-network

No insurance, or a plan we're not in network with? We also see clients on a self-pay basis and out of network. Contact us for our self-pay rate.

Medicare

We don't accept Medicare. Still, feel free to reach out: you may have other coverage you aren't aware of. Just let us know you have Medicare, and we can help with more information.
