More About Me

I am a Washington State Agency Clinical Supervisor, a Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor (NCAC I), and a designated Mental Health Professional (MHP).

Growing up in Los Angeles during the gang epidemic, war on drugs and the school-to-prison pipeline shaped my passion for mental health. I know firsthand how systemic challenges impact individuals and communities, and I believe in helping people reframe their struggles to discover new possibilities.

Since 2011, I’ve worked across, and developed inpatient, outpatient, crisis response, and community-based settings, leading teams and developing programs for youth and adults. My background includes work with serious mental illness, substance use treatment (MAT & methadone), and institutional trauma.

I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, understanding PTSD not only clinically. I enjoy working with individuals navigating trauma & complex trauma, anxiety, mood challenges, health issues and depression—helping them uncover resilience and create meaningful change.

My Philosophy

Life doesn’t have to look the same six months from now. With the right support, healing and growth are possible. I believe in you, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey. At Life Transitions, we are here to help you uncover the inside you that you may not know even exists yet!
