More About me
Olya is an intern therapist at Life Transitions in Seattle, currently pursuing a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy at Antioch University. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University and has three years of experience as a psychoeducator and group facilitator at a Mood and Anxiety Center. Olya takes a systemic approach to therapy, considering the intricate web of relationships, environment, and personal experiences—because, let’s be honest, no one exists in a vacuum.
As an immigrant from Ukraine and a parent of two, she deeply understands the chaos and beauty of cultural transitions, family life, and trying to drink coffee while it’s still hot. She’s passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with empathy, insight, and maybe a little bit of well-timed humor.
