About Olya
Olya is a therapist at Life Transitions in Tacoma, holding a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University. She has three years of experience as a psychoeducator and group facilitator at a Mood and Anxiety Center. Olya takes a systemic approach to therapy, considering the intricate web of relationships, environment, and personal experiences-because, let’s be honest, no one exists in a vacuum.
As an immigrant from Ukraine and a parent of two, she deeply understands the chaos and beauty of cultural transitions, family life, and trying to drink coffee while it’s still hot. She’s passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with empathy, insight, and maybe a little bit of well-timed humor.
