About Tina
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure why certain emotions or patterns continue to show up in your life. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as we begin making sense of what you are experiencing.
I have spent much of my career working in the field of child development. That experience deeply shapes the way I understand people and the challenges they face. Our early relationships and environments can influence how we learn, manage emotions, respond to stress, and connect with others. When we begin to understand how these patterns developed, we can also begin exploring new ways of responding.
I believe each person has an innate capacity to heal and grow. In therapy, I bring warmth, curiosity, and practical support. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment-informed approaches, and play therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop useful skills, and put new insights into practice in everyday life.
You deserve to experience dignity, belonging, and a greater sense of agency in your own life. My role is not to tell you who you should be. My role is to work alongside you as you develop greater understanding, strengthen your ability to cope with life’s challenges, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.
If you are navigating anxiety, depression, difficult emotions, or patterns that feel hard to change, I would be honored to support you in that process.
