Clinical Intake Specialist & Mental Health Therapist

The Mental Health Intake Specialist will be part of the growing field of behavioral health services. This position will be based primarily at our Tacoma location however occasional travel or telehealth intakes may be required with our service partner locations in Olympia and Orting. Interested candidates must be experienced and licensed Mental Health Clinicians and ready to serve with our adult team.

This position is structured to allow you to focus your time and energy on providing therapy and counseling services. The Mental Health Therapist will create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions and counseling for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, individuals, couples, and families in a holistic, culturally sensitive environment that promotes dignity, respect, safety, and maximum optimal functioning of our clientele.

Clinical Intern (Mental Health Therapist)

The Life Transitions internship program provides opportunities for students to demonstrate increasing counseling competence with complex and diverse caseloads. Students will demonstrate these competencies while working under the supervision of onsite mental health professionals. The internship experience focuses on the continued development and refinement of therapy skills and the provision of ethically and culturally competent counseling services to diverse client populations in the Tacoma area and surrounding communities.
